The Killing Vote Episode 3 will be released soon. The story revolves around an absurd setup by Dog Mask/ Gaetel, a man who designs an app for adults to vote for unpunished criminals to get the death penalty.

The Killing Vote Episode 2 Recap
The episode begins with a flashback scene of Kwon Seok Joo’s final trial. He tries to defend the murder he committed by blaming everyone for supporting his daughter’s killer and protecting him from the punishment he deserves.
He calls everyone a devil who is deemed innocent. In the present scene, Joo Hyun recalls that the masked man, their suspect, has said the same thing in the video, but Mu Chan, the in-charge of the case at that time, is surprised at how she knows about Seok Joo’s words as the trial was kept private.
She explains how she found the tape while handling Ji-Young’s case. When Joo Hyun expresses her wish to join the special investigation team, Mu Chan denies it. He also gets to know that Gi Chul’s cryptocurrency was donated. They start their research separately.
Meanwhile, the prison mates are happy about one of them getting into college. He also expresses his happiness on hearing of Gi Chul’s death. Soon Joo Hyun is called upon to join the team for tracking location. Mu Chan visits the prison to meet Seok Joo, but he refuses.
Mu Chan’s colleagues are able to track the waiter who served Bae Gi Chul, who was complaining online about it. They also find videos of women in the toilet uploaded by him. Jin Soo and Mu Chan get to the waiter who served Gi Chul. First, they manage to get details of the driver.
After having a conversation with him, they get to know that he was hired to drive the taxi and is a substitute. When they try to reach out to the car, they find out it has already been crushed. Meanwhile, Jo Dan and Hyun trace the IP of the test video, which takes them to the same place Gi Chul’s body was found.
At Min’s school, his teacher discusses the killing vote, and surprisingly, a student is supportive of it. On the other hand, Seok Joo meets Hyun and suggests she should focus on the victim instead.
On one side, Min Soo’s ring starts flashing due to troubled breathing; on the other hand, we see a potential target Uhm Eun-Jeong. She uses her children for money, and when the clock strikes 10, she is declared the next target. Mu Chan finds her in a car, stranded with a bomb.
Hyun suggests taking her to her sister’s schoolyard. Mu Chan drives the car to the yard along with Eun-gyeong and threatens to ruin the reputation of the masked man. He refuses to get down the car as his death will mean the masked man has killed an innocent person along with a criminal. As Hyun approaches the car, the bomb explodes.
