Married to Medicine Season 10 Episode 5: Release Date, Recap & Preview

Though most people associate Bravo’s abundance of unscripted reality shows with Real Housewives and their local spinoffs, the network’s mastery of the “rinse-and-repeat” method becomes apparent when you, like me, make a mistake with a variation. Married To Medicine, Season 10, is one example. The fact that there are ten installments of this surprises me.

I’ve written a spoiler-heavy recap of this wedding-themed, bachelorette party and fighting over love episode recap for the readers ahead of the next episode that will surely cover the fallout from arriving at a wedding unannounced, uninvited, and how this is going to play out. To top things off, you’ll have details on the schedule, and other things that will enhance your viewing pleasure.

Recap

We kick off this episode with what happened at the bachelorette party between the women, and that was chock-full of drama. Things even got heated up when a male stripper took things a tad too far, ruffling feathers among the attendees. As you’ll see, those sorts of things might be a little “too hot for mainstream TV”.

Then, we see the tension between Dr. Heavenly and Quad. Is still Quad part of the circle? Are they slowly but certainly a process of ostracizing here? The future episodes will surely tell us, but there’s something here, and if you see the confessionals, you’ll realize where I’m coming from.

Then, the show moves to Cecil and Dr. Simone. Cecil’s son is 24 and still relies financially on mom and dad, it’s time to cut the umbilical, and there’s a debate on whether or not they should cut him off.

After that financial discussion, the show takes us to Dr. Greg and Contessa, these two go wedding venue shopping, and it is a shopping spree. That credit card ended up billowing smoke from all the times they swiped it. They also talk about the bachelor and bachelorette party, and we also get to see some of Contessa’s concerns regarding who’s invited and who isn’t and how she is going to react if someone comes to the event unannounced and uninvited. As the song says: “I see a bad moon rising, I see trouble on the way”.

This episode covers Contessa and Dr. Greg’s wedding day. We see how Eugene and Toya show up, but they’re told that they’re not on the guest list. We can speculate that this is because Toya spoke way too much in the past concerning this marriage.

We conclude this episode with Heavenly and Contessa getting into an argument —an understatement for a fight— concerning Contessa’s view that Heavenly is living a loveless, unhappy marriage.
