Once you find an NPC holding one, a Shard symbol will appear above them. After you have all five, you must go northeast of Baghdad and to the Northern Oasis. Enter the Secret Entrance by swimming, follow the linear path once you surface, and use the three shards to get Shamshir-e Zomorrodnegar.
