Academy’s Genius Swordmaster Chapter 21: Release Date, Spoilers & Recap

Ronan will get a weapon handmade for him by one of the best Dwarves in the country to forge him a weapon. Now, dwarves are a popular bunch in any fantasy series, and their inclusion is one of the greatest moments in many series. We will get to learn more about this dwarf in Academy’s Genius Swordmaster Chapter 21.

Ronan is a regressed protagonist who has been awarded a second chance in life thanks to a power beyond him. Ronan didn’t have much going on for him in life before but even then he came to live a life being loved by others. However, that too came to an end as those people met their end one way or the other.

Now, he is on the path to becoming someone big in life and repaying the people who helped him in his past life. And with that, Ronan takes on the task of setting himself straight and venturing out. But, unlike many protagonists, Ronan doesn’t have all the knowledge of the past and everything is just a new experience for him.

Recap

Academy’s Genius Swordmaster Chapter 20 starts with Ronan realizing something, something that he couldn’t have if he hadn’t seen it with his eyes. He had always known the importance of weapons in a fight but to him, they were no more than a mere tool. But that changed after he saw one of the teachers use mana in front of him.

Ronan found it ridiculous that something so flashy and yet powerful could be done with a weapon. He didn’t have words to express as to how he was feeling about this but the teacher in front of him gave him the explanation. And also a bit of advice for him to get a proper weapon for himself.

Moreover, the teacher also said that Ronan should attend a class and learn how to use Mana among other students. Ronan is a first year, and could in no way attend the course, but who attends her class was up to her. And since she gave the go, he was allowed to attend it and learn a facet, unlike anything he had seen.

Spoilers

Academy’s Genius Swordmaster Chapter 21 will continue the action series where it left off in the last chapter. We were introduced to a wolf-like creature that wanted to eat one of Ronan’s friends. Ronan, being himself, didn’t let anything happen to his friend and even threatened to kill the wolf. That was until the wolf admitted that he was just testing them to see if they were the real deal.

The creature did that small scene because he wanted to know what kind of person Ronan was. Ronan is an unknown entity in this situation and has no connections to the societies of the world. He has yet to make a great name for himself in the series.

Ronan will be getting closer to making that name for himself and also getting a weapon tailor-made for him. As to what it could be, it remains to be seen in the series. It could be anything, from a sword to a dagger to a greatsword. Although, the Dwarf master would be the more interesting part of the chapter.
